Food
At high altitude, it is wise to consume more food. You may experience a loss of appetite, so take some healthy snacks along with you, such as chocolate bars and dry foods. However, at base camp, our expedition cook will arrange a healthy menu for you. If you have any special dietary requirements our cook will do his best to accommodate your needs.

In Kathmandu, you will be accommodated in 3-star deluxe hotels, whereas on the trek the accommodation ranges from lodges, guest houses and tents. At Base, camp accommodation is in tents, quite a contrast to other accommodation mentioned here. All accommodation is based on a twin share. Accommodation along the trek is rustic and not comparable to the more luxurious hotels in Kathmandu.
